Al Hamra has unveiled a new show apartment at Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah, offering a closer look at the beachfront development ahead of its expected completion in Q4 2027.
Set along the Arabian Gulf, the development will comprise just 38 residences, including two- and three-bedroom apartments, penthouses and the signature Sky Palace. It will be the first Waldorf Astoria-branded residence in the Gulf and only the third beachfront Waldorf Astoria Residences globally, following properties in Miami and Costa Rica.
A Closer Look Inside The Apartment
The show apartment puts the location firmly at the centre of the design. Sea-facing homes feature 12-metre-wide minimal-frame doors that open living areas onto terraces. These overlook the Arabian Gulf and the skyline of the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort.
Inside, the interiors feature marble flooring and layouts designed to keep the living spaces connected while allowing service areas to remain discreet.
The kitchen combines Italian marble surfaces with Gaggenau appliances and Quooker taps, while integrated Sonos audio adds another layer of technology to the space. In the master bathroom, marble continues throughout the room, alongside a rain shower, a bathtub, and built-in acoustic speakers.

Smart-home controls are also integrated throughout the apartment, allowing residents to manage lighting, temperature, scent, and sound from a single system.
With only 38 residences planned, the development is positioned as a relatively small-scale addition to Ras Al Khaimah’s growing collection of branded waterfront homes. Its setting puts it close to the emirate’s expanding leisure and hospitality destinations. The views towards Wynn Al Marjan Island add another point of interest as the wider coastline continues to develop.
For prospective buyers, the show apartment offers the first opportunity to see how the residences are intended to look and feel in person, from the sea-facing living spaces to the materials, technology and details incorporated throughout.
The project is currently scheduled for completion by the end of Q4 2027.
