The Design Gallery is hosting a one-hour-long guided wellness workshop, Nervous System Reset, on Thursday, 20 August at 6 pm, offering a chance to slow down and relax.
Expect a combination of gentle breathwork, meditation, fascial release, Yin yoga and guided Yoga Nidra to enhance and support the nervous system. No previous yoga or meditation experience is needed. Attendees must bring their own yoga mat.

RAK Speed Networking
The RAK Speed Networking session is all about having productive conversations with the right people to unlock new opportunities. The Morning Edition will be held on Thursday, 20 August at 9 am at Corner Lounge in RAK. Registration begins at 8.30 am.

Basics of Knitting
RakMums is hosting a knitting workshop on Thursday, 20 August, from 10 am to noon at Celeste Café. For a booking fee of AED 15, participants will learn the basics of knitting, enjoy breakfast and connect with new friends.
A booking includes returnable knitting needles, yarn to use during the session and a special complimentary treat from Celeste Café when coffee and breakfast are purchased.
