Ras Al Khaimah is becoming the most attractive destination in the UAE for luxury real estate developments, especially for waterfront living. Among these is Oystra Al Marjan Island.
The residential development is a project by Richmind on Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah. It is expected to be completed in 2029, with its second phase now on sale following the sellout of Phase 1.
Located close to Wynn Al Marjan Island, Oystra will have 850 seafront residences, ranging from one to four bedrooms. The homes are designed around views of the Arabian Gulf, and the development is also planned to include a beach club, spa, fitness facilities, landscaped outdoor spaces, and an indoor pool.
One of the project’s more distinctive features will sit at its highest point: a dining destination surrounded by a 360-degree infinity pool, offering views across the Gulf and Al Marjan Island.
For residents, the amenity offering is focused on everyday leisure and wellness. Facilities include private gardens, landscaped terraces, a spa, a fitness club, a children’s play area, and other shared spaces planned throughout the development.
What Makes It Stand Out
Oystra takes a distinctly sculptural approach to waterfront architecture. Sweeping curves and fluid lines shape its exterior. One of the more complex elements is a 40-metre curved steel truss, developed to support the building’s distinctive futuristic form while maintaining the integrity of the original design.

The interiors emphasise a hospitality-centric approach to the residences and shared spaces. The overall design is intended to create a strong connection between the architecture, gardens and Al Marjan Island’s waterfront setting.
The launch of Phase 2 comes as Al Marjan Island continues to expand its collection of beachfront residences, hotels and leisure destinations. With its location near Wynn Al Marjan Island and direct access to the island’s coastal setting, Oystra adds another residential option to RAK’s rapidly developing waterfront community.
