One of Ras Al Khaimah’s most luxurious addresses is now closer to reality. Al Hamra Group has appointed AHK Worldwide as the main interior fit-out contractor for Waldorf Astoria Residences Ras Al Khaimah.
The project has already made headlines with the $35.4 million sale of its Sky Palace, the highest-value single residential transaction in Ras Al Khaimah, as well as the $15 million sale of its signature penthouse.
The development has attracted strong international interest and is expected to become one of Ras Al Khaimah’s premier ultra-luxury residential addresses.
The appointment marks another key milestone for the $225 million development, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2028.
The residences will feature high-end interiors that combine luxury, comfort, and functionality. Designed with residents in mind, the homes combine elegant interiors with practical living spaces and panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf.
