Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah has just announced renovation plans for throughout the summer of 2026, for their main hotel building. While the primary building will remain closed for a temporary period of time, the hotel’s luxurious villas will continue to accommodate guests. The hotel is located on Al Maareedh Street, in New Al Maireed.
The renovation programme is expected to be finished towards the end of this year and represents a major milestone in the Rixos Al Mairid’s goals to continuously develop and deliver high-quality guest experiences.

What Does the Renovation Include?
The renovation at Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah will focus on a refreshing new design and improved accommodation experience for guests.
Ras Al Khaimah is currently seeing an increase in revamped hotels and luxury resorts, such as a makeover to Pullman Al Marjan Island, with a few new ones soon to open, including the highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort in early 2027, and Rotana Ras Al Khaimah – The Mangroves.
