Marjan Hospitality has launched a summer offer, ‘Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah‘. This series will bring residents and visitors closer to Ras Al Khaimah’s evolving dining scene. It runs from July to September 2026 and offers a collection of exclusive weekday menus available every evening from Sunday to Thursday.
Five dining venues are participating, and each has developed an individual menu for this offer, inspired by the emirate’s culture, landscape and character. Think coastal influences, regional ingredients, and contemporary interpretations of local flavours.
Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah
A signature aspect of the Marjan Hospitality series is Ras Al Khaimah honey. Each menu pairs local honey with other ingredients in some way. This not only connects all the venues, but also celebrates Ras Al Khaimah’s food producers and gives the offer a sense of place.
Participating experiences include tasting menus, relaxed set menus, Moroccan-inspired dining and heritage-inspired afternoon tea. These offers are available across The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah, Rove Al Marjan Island and Hilton Garden Inn Ras Al Khaimah.

Diners who visit all five participating restaurants between the start of July and 30th September can collect a stamp at each venue in their Flavours of Ras Al Khaimah Dining Passport. These guests will be invited to submit a photo of their completed passport to marketing@marjan.ae. The reward is a chance to win a special prize.
With the summer break beginning for many, the offer allows families another chance to dine out and make the most of quieter weekdays.
