Vision Board Workshop at The Design Gallery
The Design Gallery and Connect Club UAE will host a unique vision board-making workshop designed to help guests set intentions and visualise their goals.
Vision board-making is a personal and creative activity that allows each participant to reflect on their ambitions and create a board that represents the mindset they want to carry forward.
The session will be hosted by creator and entrepreneur Rutavi Mehta, who will guide guests through creating a daily vision board. The board can focus on clear life goals across business, career, family, relationships, fitness, lifestyle or any other area of personal growth.

Women’s Health Talk
The Al Hamra community will host a women’s health session focused on menopause, embracing change and thriving through every stage of life.
The session offers women the opportunity to ask questions, discuss common concerns, share experiences and connect with others in the community in a supportive setting.
The talk will be led by Dr Jaspreet Kaur, a specialist in internal medicine.

Our Community – Our Culture Series: Our Stories
The ‘Our Community – Our Culture Series’ by women’s community RakMums will host a session next Wednesday, titled ‘Our Stories’. The concept focuses on traditional stories from home, such as childhood memories, family traditions, bedtime stories, and folklore passed down over generations. Adults and children aged 16 and above can attend.

Independence Day Celebration Menu
Independence Day for the United States of America falls on the 4th of July. To honour the occasion, The Bay has a one-time offer: a U.S.-themed menu. Splash Party at RAK Nature’s Treasures
RAK Nature’s Treasures has a splash party scheduled for next week. Early registration is ideal for a smooth experience. Children can enjoy an evening of pool play, swimming, water balloons, sprinklers, an inflatable water slide, music, games and activities.
Snacks and beverages will be available for purchase. Guests must bring their own water guns and swimwear. The entry fee is AED 20, while children aged three and younger attend free.
