Attend a Heritage Event at Summer Majlis 2026

Al Jazeera Al Hamra Heritage Village is hosting the Summer Majlis 2026. The opening session this Friday features a talk by Dr William Zimmerle, senior lecturer in arts and humanities at NYU Abu Dhabi. The session explores the scent of incense as a powerful aspect of cultural memory in the Arabian Peninsula and how it relates to trade, archaeology, and traditions.
