Significant structural works have been completed at RAK Central Square, which is Ras Al Khaimah’s first luxury Grade A office complex. Construction has been progressing in line with the delivery programme, as stated by the Ras Al Khaimah Media Office.
The new developments are expected to deliver a high-quality workspace totalling 2.27 million square feet across five buildings, offering professionals in the city modern, flexible areas designed for tier-one businesses. The project aims to meet growing demand for premium Grade A office space in Ras Al Khaimah among regional and international businesses.
Works are progressing as scheduled and are expected to reach full structural height this year, with an opening planned for 2027.

The space in RAK Central Square will feature large, efficient floorplates of approximately 16,000 square feet, modern building systems and high-specification workspace for international companies. The five-building development will meet tier-one occupier requirements and be supported by F&B and retail offerings.
