The Ras Al Khaimah Police have introduced significant security plans for public and traffic management, as the Eid Al Adha 2026 holiday begins. The RAK police has intensified patrols and deployed specialised teams across key areas in the emirate to ensure smooth traffic flow and public safety during the festivities.
Police patrols and traffic units will be increased in areas that expect larger crowds, such as Eid prayer grounds, markets, shopping centres, parks, beaches and other public locations in Ras Al Khaimah.
These measures will also allow for timely emergency responses during the holiday rush.
Safety Practices During Eid Al Adha 2026

Residents and visitors in Ras Al Khaimah must be cautious to avoid the use and circulation of fireworks, keeping in mind their major risk to public safety during festive community celebrations.
Motorists must adhere to safe driving practices and avoid reckless driving or dangerous stunts, especially in and around residential areas.
Families should take care to monitor their children during playtime in open spaces like parks, while crossing roads, and mainly, while visiting crowded public areas and beaches, to ensure the safety of both their kids as well as lives and property.
The Ras Al Khaimah Police has urged residents to report any activities that disrupt public safety and security by contacting 999 for emergencies and 901 for non-emergency cases.
