Candlelight concerts are coming to Ras Al Khaimah in the coming months, bringing their signature blend of live music and candlelit ambience to the emirate. Performed by talented musicians in intimate settings illuminated by hundreds of candles, these concerts offer a distinctive take on both classical works and contemporary favourites.
Several performances are scheduled for 2026, with upcoming Candlelight concerts taking place at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert. Each event features a different musical programme, giving audiences the chance to experience a variety of genres in a uniquely atmospheric setting.
September 2026
In September, two Candlelight concerts are scheduled in Ras Al Khaimah, both on Saturday, 5 September. The first, Candlelight: Coldplay & Imagine Dragons, begins at 6.30 pm and will feature string quartet Jannah Strings performing reimagined versions of popular hits, including A Sky Full of Stars, Clocks and Fix You.
Later that evening, at 8.30 pm, audiences can enjoy Candlelight: A Tribute to Adele. Performed by the same quartet, the concert’s tentative programme includes some of Adele’s best-known songs, such as Hello, Rumour Has It, Make You Feel My Love, Water Under the Bridge and Oh My God, all presented in the series’ signature candlelit setting.

Guests can enjoy 20 per cent off at The Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi’s Kaheela, Farmhouse by Syrco and Gobi, and get treated to 15 per cent off the best available rate on villas. Showing a candlelight ticket is mandatory; the ticket will be valid only on the night of the event. Offers are subject to availability and can’t be combined with other promotions.
November 2026
November’s Candlelight programme is scheduled for Sunday, 8 November, with two performances taking place throughout the evening. The first, Candlelight: A Tribute to ABBA & More, begins at 6.30 pm and features string renditions of beloved classics, including ABBA favourites such as Dancing Queen and Super Trouper, alongside iconic Queen hits like Bohemian Rhapsody and We Will Rock You.
Later, at 8.30 pm, Candlelight: A Tribute to Fairuz will celebrate the legendary singer’s music, with a programme expected to include songs such as Saalouny El Nas and Bektoub Ismak Ya Habibi. Both concerts will be performed by The Gulf String Quartet in the series’ signature candlelit setting.
Ticket options and packages are similar to those available for the September performances.

Tips for Candlelight Concerts
Guests can expect each Candlelight concert to last around an hour, with doors opening 30 minutes before the performance begins. To preserve the intimate atmosphere, late entry is not permitted once the concert has started, so it’s worth arriving early.
The concerts are open to guests aged eight and above, while anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. The venue is also wheelchair accessible for People of Determination. Seating within each ticket category is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early can help secure the best available seats in your zone.
Those looking to attend as part of a larger group or arrange a private performance can find additional booking information online.
